For the devout music fans out there, many know that this past and forthcoming weekends mark the annual pilgrimage to Indio, California – otherwise known as Coachella.  Coachella lures musicians, sponsors, and ravenous music-goers in one place to explore, share, and celebrate the latest tunes that are shaping popular culture.  But this is just one of the many destination festivals that have sprouted over the years.  In lieu of the festivals on summer’s horizon, we thought we’d share some discoveries in the music sphere. Concert Vault – for when the concert comes to you

Interested in hearing live music? Concert Vault houses the largest database of live concert files.  Wish you could relive Pink Floyd in ’97 or the happenings of Coachella last weekend? Well it may sound like an oxymoron to have live music in the comfort of home, or maybe we can just call it VIP treatment, but this app does just that.  And of course it comes packaged with the requisites for music apps these days – allowing users to create playlists, discover similar artists, and stream tunes.
